Has everyone read the constitution?
Reword Fortnight -> Two Term Weeks to account for potential change of committee
during Summer without forcing elections while people are away.
What should "Reasonable Academic Commitments" mean?
Change to "Where reasonably possible" - Passed
Should we have a Masters coordinator? Point remains open.
Single member stipulations for committee positions have been abstracted out.
Defining socials vs events?
Socials are sociable!
Events are subject related
- Co-ordinate with SIGs
- External to SIGs

Consensus is that this wouldn't be desirable.

- Facilitation vs active organisation of events
- Getting different kinds of people involved

*EB* Procedural motion to accept the constitution as per the meeting's
recommendations. Passed.
*HM* actioned to write merging of Treasurer's monetary responsibilities with
secretary and sponsorship getting stuff with Chair.
